Web Master Needed

Looking for someone to manage and oversee 2 Shopify stores and possibly manage remote employees. Must be experienced in E Commerce. I am willing to pay a salary plus a commission on all sales for someone well qualified. I will provide all of the tools for you to be successful. Both are womens clothing brands.

Task would include the following:

1.Keeping product up to date
2.Creative for running sales
3.Plan all sales and promotions and change out web banners
4.Design and create email marketing campaigns
5. Manage another employee that handles social media
6. Send dropship orders to suppliers. *We sell a combination of our own inventory and dropship

It would be a bonus if you could also successfully manage all paid advertising campaigns or manage someone that is an expert in paid ads as well as do fashion forecasting. Need someone creative and passionate about apparel. This is a long term position and one of the websites is 11 years old! Owner is very experienced in E Commerce and is willing to revenue share for someone qualified, reliable and loyal.
