Mail Chimp Email campaigns

I am looking for a talented designer who is familiar with email marketing campaigns and mail chimp. I want to send out 2-3 email campaigns each month and I utilize mail chimp as my email marketing distributor. I already have an account. I have all information for each campaign but need someone to design it and send it out. Text and photos will vary by month.
