Here's just some of the criteria that this person would need to meet:

- Owns a computer
- High-speed internet connection.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes English at a functional level.
- Ability to work from home without distractions.
- Willing to learn new things and can easily be trained in other skills.
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week)

HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Video Editing.
- Basic computer skills, such as typing, and the use of applications.
