JOB OVERVIEW

I work for a real estate investment company in Pennsylvania, USA and we are looking for an assistant to do cold calling from a list of potential prospects.

Your job would be to ask questions and basically do some basic "information digging", trying to frame the price of the property and finding out the reasons why the seller is selling it. Do they owe money on it, are they trying to put money in their pocket from the deal, and other relevant info. We have a list of contact for you, but some skip tracing may be required as well.

There are customer lead sheets to fill out too.

The purpose of these calls is not to close deals, but setting up the client to make an appointment with a company higher-up as a follow-up calls. It's not necessary for you to set up the appointments at this point, and if that changes you will be ---------- essence, the company already has some information on these clients but hasn't reached out directly - they have information that they gather from public domain sources but not personal contact. These calls are to get further information and to qualify the clients as motivated to work with the company or not. Your job is to make these calls while being personable.

We are looking for someone interested in doing ongoing work, but we would first like to start with a small batch of calls (45) as a paid test project to see if you enjoy the work and if you are a good fit for the job!
