Job description:
The Recruitment Assistant works closely with the Recruitment Officer and provides major support services. He/She is in charge of finding the most qualified candidates for the job openings. His/Her duties may include administrative tasks and also specific recruitment activities.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establishes and posts job adverts on job search websites
• Schedules and organizes interviews with suitable candidates
• Prepares necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
• Communicates requirements and duties to prospective candidates
• Assists the Recruitment Officer in screening eligible candidates
• Maintains good relationship with all candidates, employees and corporate clients
• Keeps records of candidate interviews and reports them to the Recruitment Officer
• Participates in recruitment events
• Maintains the internal CVs database
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Male or female; 23-30 years old
• With experience working in a recruitment agency or with an in-house recruitment role
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Preferably knows how to drive
