Excel Spreadsheet Building

I Need a capable worker to modify and improve an existing excel spreadsheet list I have.

The list currently contains street addresses, city/towns, state and zip code, and I need the names of the home owners added in a new column to match the existing fields.

This information if available publicly, via one or several online sources available via free access on the internet.

I can provide samples/examples of how this research can be conducted and completes.

Will pay $30 for the first 500 names, and we can negotiate fees/rates for additional names added to the list.

This is a one-time project, but will hire the right person for additional work in the future if the project goes well to successful completion.
