Dedicated Virtual Assistant - Lead Generation

I need a VA that can help me with my new projects. The will do researching and lead generation for the first month. As time goes on the VA will do administrative tasks.

On rare occasions I may ask him to upload a file so internet speed is a requirement.

Skill required:

* Communication: skype for updates and questions.
* Previous experience of setting up a simple website, setting an email campaign, building a landing page
* Skills in web scraping is a plus.
* Good copy writing skills


Working hours:
I think I would just need 4 hours a day. Flexible hours. My last VA had a kid, and she would take whole day off and I didn't mind as the projects aren't time-sensitive.
