Social Media Manager/Communications Director

Now you can! We are hiring for the position of Social Media Manager and looking for people to grow with us long term. We work with well-known influencers, celebrities, and athletes. We currently have 6 client accounts we manage (and growing). Our clients accounts range from 70k followers, all the way to 2.2 Million followers.

Responsibilities:
1. You will be working with our content team side by side to ensure a consistent publication of daily posts, and scheduling the content both for feed, story, and now possibly reels.
2. Organize and design our social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram and eventually YouTube as well, and help create eye appealing themes for the social media pages.
3. You will also be managing the customer service team in making sure they properly answer questions in the comments, and Inbox's/ DM's are quickly and properly responded to. Our number 1 priority is to make sure every customer is left satisfied.
4. Create growth strategies for all clients social media pages and work alongside our marketing team to do so.

All team members are compensated fairly, and we generously give raises/ bonuses to those who work hard and go above expectations. The Wage/ Salary section is a range of what your pay will be negotiated on based on your level of experience which will be assessed by our Chief Marketing Officer.
