Real Estate / Cold Caller / $280/Mo + Bonuses

Our company is currently seeking a virtual assistant to assist our acquisition personnel with leads.

Virtual Assistant Requirements:

• Must have a computer, good internet connection (25 MBPS internet Speed).
• Must have video for interview and daily/weekly check-ins (communication is done via Skype or ---------- ).
• Must be able to type at least 40wpm
• Must be proficient Microsoft Office
• Must be able to learn CRM and REI software
• Must be organized, efficient, self motivated, hard working, goal oriented and have great customer service skills.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm (Eastern Standard Time)

•This is a Part-time position -20 hours/week. This position will become Full-time based on performance
•Pay - 280/monthly + $50.00 contract signing bonus and $200.00 closing bonus per lead

Duties
•Prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis
• Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections
• Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM software including adding leads, conversation notes, response times,
and follow-up attempts into database
• Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
• Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying
and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
• Follow and master scripts used in lead generation and cultivation to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
• Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents.
• Sets weekly goals
• Track all key business activities
• Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
• Attend trainings and meetings
