Social Media Marketing

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Person to Join the team who can lourish and find freedom to fulfil their ---------- this exciting role, the successful candidate will manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of a full range of social media marketing activities across facebook, Instagram, youtube.

You will responsible for designing and implementing social media posts, via canva or photoshop for social activities that reach various audiences across a range of customer groups.

You will have experience of managing multiple social media platforms. You will understand the importance of knowing customer needs, how to find out what they are and how to build effective digital communications. You will also understand the part that social media has to play in building and maintaining a brand.

Principle Accountabilities:
• Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Instagram
• Plan content and delivery and use buffers to manage multiple social media channels
• Create engaging multimedia content
• Research and form key relationships with influencers
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
• Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within our growing team
