UI / UX - Landing Page Designer

Hi!

Im looking for someone who can join our team as a UI/UX designer.

Your primary responsibility will be to work together with media buyers, developers and content writers to construct high-conversion landing pages.

You will need to be able to take vague ideas and turn them into designs to be developed. You will need to be able to design things with a good understanding of what a media buyer is looking for even if they cannot articulate it or provide exact specifications.

You will also need to receive feedback and do research in order to recreate your landing pages and increase the conversion rates. We need to be able to give you an existing landing page and say "re-design this so it will convert better". Some training will be provided.

We also have some ad-hoc tasks that you will need to do for example giving feedback on a SAAS platform we are developing around landing pages and helping out with landing pages for for customers.
