Administrative FInancial and creative analyst

will be providing financial statements and keep up with bookkeeping and money management for business and personal. Also must have business development, web design, and coding skills to help with business websites and affiliate marketing connections. I need some who is extremely articulate and can hold themselves on the phone especially when dealing with my and selective clientele. I need a strategist a person that is extremely organized and knowledgeable about American finance business and tech. will have a creative payment plan that is incentivized because I do have a great deal on my shoulders running 3 businesses opening and trying to get funding with another I am Ideally looking for a team I don't want to just delegate everything to one person and I have individuals assistants that I am working with as so I want to join together and make an empire.
