Bookkeeper Xero Certified Advisor

We are looking for a Xero Certified Bookkeeper to manage UK Small Business clients. This is a part-time role initially working just an average of 1-day a week remotely online that could offer you more days work each week in the future if that suits your ---------- is essential as an applicant you are a current Xero Certified Advisor and you will need to show proof of Xero Certification and be registered with Xero. As part of your application, you are required to forward a copy of the email from Xero confirming you are registered as a Xero Certified Partner. You will not be considered for this role unless you do ---------- is an advantage if you are also familiar with Hubdoc as well for uploading and automating receipts

You will be required to have a 15-20 minute Zoom video meetings with the Libabun MD once a week to discuss issues and progress.

LibAbun Business Services Agency is looking for the right person to join our expanding business services agency. Your role will be to conduct all the monthly data entry bookkeeping and reconciling for clients based in the UK. We are Xero Specialists and Xero Partners so 100% of the customers you deal with will be using Xero.

We are offering to the successful applicant a (part-time) base salary for working just 1-day a week (you do the work when it suits you each week). You will be paid on a weekly basis (PHP2200 per week).

We require all our Business clients to keep their monthly accounts up to date through Xero so we can produce their financial statements each month by the second week of the month for the previous month or quarter. We use these up-to-date financial reports to make sound Management decisions each month. We are a pro-active business that has a strong focus on automation. We use such tools as Hubdoc, and Tripcatcher to help automate data entry for efficient bookkeeping through Xero.

Part of this role will also require you to coordinate with our clients Accountant the best Xero Bookkeeping practices in accordance with each client's Industry needs. All communication for this will be done via email
