Facebook Ad Copywriter

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ad Copy specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, will excellent attention to detail, and has hands-on experience in Facebook Ads for businesses.

Requirements:
Ability to write winning Facebook ad copies
Masterful understanding of the weight-loss supplement industry
Has excellent knowledge of Facebook Advertising Policies
Creates custom target audiences.

We need someone who fully understands the weight watchers' behavior. Someone who is a master at figuring out what ad copies work and which don't in the weight-loss industry. Have an ability to analyze our competition and integrate winning strategies into our paid ad campaigns. Show an ability to create winning custom audiences.

Responsibilities:
Create Facebook ad copy
Research competition and prepare the data in Excel spreadsheets based on a given example
Brainstorm and conduct paid ad strategies
Participate in team meetings to discuss objectives and Facebook/PPC strategy
Create FB Custom Audiences

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing Facebook ads.
2+ years of experience creating Facebook ad copies specifically in the weight-loss industry


Facebook Blueprint certified a plus
Excellent speaking and writing English skills
Top Copywriting skills for creating engaging ads
Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus
Independent worker
Eager to learn and invested in the industry
Been able to maintain 2.5x+ ROAS on campaigns
Outcome-oriented: results-focused with a strong performance culture
Aggressive: competitive and growth-oriented
Be pro-active and a self-starter
Be on top of industry news and best practices

Job Type: Freelance with the option to turn into a full time

Experience:

Facebook Advertising: 2 years
Weight-loss industry experience: 2 years

Base Salary:
$300 for one FB ad copy
First bonus: $200 when sales reach $1500 first month of running the ad
Second bonus: $500 when sales reach $10,000 first month of running the ad
Campaign performance is taken into consideration
