MARKETING TEAM

EMAIL SWIPE - 10hrs week
Use tools to create daily email swipe content
Review and edit email swipe created using tools
Obtain approval on final email swipe drafts
Create email blasts or email campaigns for products and projects
CREATE VIDEOS - 5hrs week
Obtain video storyboard from Marketing ---------- e tools to create marketing videos
Add intro and outro to videos as needed on marketing videos
Submit a video for review/approval and make updates as needed
Deliver completed/approved videos to the Social Media team
CREATE GRAPHICS - 5hrs week
Obtain a list of graphics needed for the week from the Marketing leader, Operations leader, Social Media leader
Place graphic orders with Graphic Rhythm Designs.
Review graphic order for completion and accuracy. Resubmit as needed
Submit completed orders to the appropriate leaders for final approval.
PAID ADVERTISING - 10hrs week
Obtain guidance, instructions and budget info from the Marketing leader or Operations leader
Conduct research on targeting audiences on each social media ---------- velop Facebook ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final ---------- velop Google and Youtube ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final ---------- velop Bing and Yahoo ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final ---------- velop Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final ---------- velop Pinterest and Instagram ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final ---------- velop Tiktok and Snapchat ad campaigns, submit to the leader for final approval.
Monitor and tweak paid ad campaigns, as needed
