Graphic Designer

I run a Graphic & web design agency based in Australia. I am looking for a designer with Canva and Photoshop skills. Part-time 16 hours a week. Primarily work will be web design layouts in Canva, Photoshop graphics for Pinterest.
Ideally, I would like someone who has a great portfolio of design work and has great English ---------- would be great if you also have the ability to create social media advertising, including ideas for ads and blog posts advertising digital products.
