bookkeeping and accountant - very experienced with QuickBooks & Xero

We are a startup sell pet products on B2B and B2C basis, and we have 2 companies that need an experienced full-time accountant to keep the accounts in order.

You must be experienced using Xero and Quickbooks, understanding the full accounting cycle, and familiar with US accounting ---------- Tax knowledge is preferred but not required.

The company is based in AU but the working hours can be discussed as we can be flexible on this.

For these two companies, you will record detailed bills, apply for bill payment, record sales, apply for sales payment, the QB can generate AR AP Inventory each month-end. You will also reconcile our bank statements, PayPal statement, credit card account, sales report from our website sales, and also provide the inventory at each month-end.  Basically, everything will be done in QBO and Xero.

The bookkeeping is quite simple at the moment and it alone does not require a full-time position, so we will also ask you to create invoices and packing lists to our B2B customers, and other tasks may be given as the need arise.
