- Proven marketing and sales professional with a winning attitude and significant experience in the on-line retail space. The successful candidate will manage a VENDOR STORE’s as per SALES AGENT’S ACCOUNT, develop digital marketing programs to drive growth, manage VENDOR partners and establish metrics for success. This role is responsible for all new products Launches COMPANY & Vendors, including driving the commercialization process, developing all creative assets and account specific programs to support the product lines. This role also serves as the internal and external liaison to product development, operations, customer service, sales and the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- New product launches of VENDORS and COMPANY
- Management of 1 direct report
- Logistics Coordination
- Work with Product Development & Product Operations to facilitate the commercialization of new products and the overall go to market process
- Development of digital marketing programs, including promotion plans, execution and analysis for COMPANY / VENDOR’S product
- Work with Commission Based Sales counterpart to identify business opportunities
- Manage overall eCom product assortment for standard price list offering
- Stay abreast of changes and trends in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly
- Evaluating the quantitative benefits of new business initiatives by having a thorough understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
- Management of digital creative process from inception to analysis
- Identifying failure points or opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional communications/management as they pertain to the eCom business
- Present Marketing plan and recommendations to CEO
- Liaison between the customer, sales and CEO
- An expert level of developing selling presentations and selling materials (such as sell sheets, spec sheets, samples, etc.) for the sales organization
- Understand the value of the business you are responsible for as it relates to the total company with a focus on profit and growth, Provide guidance and insight on how to improve profit while maintaining growth.

JOB DUTIES
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the different eCommerce platforms she will be handling including administration and tool operations used in websites and marketplaces
• Be constantly updated on strategies and processes to generate sales for the business and remain at the forefront of the eCommerce industry
• Monitor and manage current and new products by systematically creating merchandise catalogs, inventory trackers, specifications, and make sure pricing is accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, email newsletters, as well as other marketing communication strategies to achieve the company's business goals
QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Marketing and Business Related Coures
• Experience with Retail Store Management, Merchandising, eCommerce, SEO, is required for this position
• Required skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel, Good typing speed
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Detailed, organized, reliable, and can meet deadlines
• Can multitask and works well with others
