Math and English Virtual Tutor

We are looking for a virtual tutor that does math and reading Upgrade to see actual info will be a one - on -one tutoring so each child will have about 2 hours a week in 2 separate sessions. The target age of kids will be from 6 years - 14 years old (elementary and middle school in the US).  These kids have recently moved to the US from other countries and they need help to keep us with their class.

Requirements:
1. Professional teacher with many years of experience.
2. Must speak excellent English.
3. Very passionate about helping kids education.
4. Should have a way to assess the kid's progress.
5. Should also know how to tutor reading remotely.
6. Passionate and caring and would really want the best of these kids.
