Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with the HC team to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
Evaluate the business expansion needs and start-up for the company, especially when there is push into new business environments
Help develop and even source clients and sales pipelines if necessary
Prepare sales pitch and company presentation deck to brands’ clients to introduce the brand and create a possible partnership or business relationship
Proactively reach out to cold and hot leads for initial contact to presentation

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3+ years of proven experience in sales and business development
Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities
Exceptional analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Close attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects
Superior communication skills
Ability to be flexible and work independently
