Creative Content Creator

Digital Creative Content Creator to join our team and have the opportunity to invent and execute innovative digital media assets for FHMoms. Someone who can drive creative ideation from concept to creation to final digital media asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the creative development team to conceptualize and create digital media assets, from storyboards to final product, such as promotional and marketing corporate videos
Responsible for end-to-end creative direction of digital media projects, from defining complex user-stories, wire-framing and prototyping to visual design with accountability to results
Integrate FHMoms brand marketing and positioning with direct response to drive conversions throughout the entire customer journey
Collaborate with analytics and engagement team to improve and optimize key metrics by coming up with creative
Lead the design, development and execution of the creative content campaigns across multiple digital media channels
Provide creative direction of the organization
Develop targeted creative consistent with brand and business objectives
Establish and promote creative design guidelines, best practices, and standards in coordination with marketing and brand initiatives
Lead and inspire internal and external cross-functional teams while managing workflow
Measure and optimize digital performance of creative media assets to meet business objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Graphic or Digital Arts
2-3 years of creative content experience with heavy focus on digital and UX
Must have creative content portfolio available
Demonstrated understanding of best practices related to content creation and social media engagement
Expert in Adobe CC software and other related design tools.
Proficient understanding of development technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS
Preferably a digital animator, illustrator and content writer
