Customer Service Representative

Billy Gene Is Marketing LLC is currently in search of a Customer Service Representative (experienced) to help support our customer base of over 100,000 students world wide. Here at BGIM Inc, we teach marketers and entrepreneurs how to advertise and sell like “GENEIUSES”.

We are located in San Diego California. We are in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to operate during off hours. Hour worked will be approximately from 7 or 8 pm PST - 3 or 4 am PST. For a total of 8 hours per day. They days to be worked are Wednesday through Sunday. Below are a listing of qualifications, skills as well as software the applicant should be familiar with.

Qualifications and Skills
-Previous direct customer service experience for 5+ years
-Excellent customer service & customer retention experience
-Extremely friendly and outgoing personality
-Must be very organized and data driven
-Must have great communication skills via email and phone support
-Must have extensive experience calling customers to trouble shoot and solve customer support related issues
-Must not operate outside of the box, must operate like there is no box
