PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Job Description:
- Discuss the method of sales, presentation of the property and its price
- Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration
- Coordinate appointments to show the model house to its prospective buyers
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
- Must be willing to work in Biñan City, Laguna
- Must be willing to undergo rigid trainings

Job Requirements:
- Male or female of at least 20 to 35 years of age
- The ideal candidate should have finished at least 88 units in college
- Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator with pleasing personality
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Strong sales focus
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of the local area
- With at least 6 months experience in real estate
