Hello, my name is Jacob and I run an Marketing Agency that deals with lots of data. We currently need a QA Automations specialist to help with Google Apps/Sheets Scripting & general Automations. This is someone who has skills in automation, googlesheets and building scripts to improve automate manual data pulling/manipulation. The ideal candidate is someone that is able to determine the best scripts, technology to use quickly, and able to automate repetitive tasks by working with the rest of the team. Must have experience with Google Spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:
- Creating automations that scrape & organize data.
- Creating campaign drafting automations
- Creating campaign launching automations
- Creating keyword research automations
- Creating bid management automations
- Prospecting automations
- Fixing broken automations
- Improving existing automations
Must have:
- Great wifi ( a speed test must be taken here: https://www.speedtest.net/ )
- Stable wifi
- Decent computer ( message me the year and type of computer you have with the specs )
- Clear work schedule
- Good English speaking & understanding abilities
- Basic Experience using Selenium ( or a similar alternative )
- EPPlus: Automation for generating excel files and reports ( or a similar alternative )
- CSVHelper:Tool for reading CSV files ( or a similar alternative )
- Programming language skills in: Google Apps Script / Sheets API, macros, etc.
Must be:
- Eager to learn
- Fast learner
- Only working for our company if you're working full time
- Able to work alone
- Able to do routine weekly tasks
- Hard working & willing to work overtime some days if needed
- Able to respond quickly during working hours
- Experience using Google Apps Scripts
Nice to have:
- Experience using Amazon Seller central
- Experience in using Zapier for integrations / automations
- Wordpress Knowledge, CSS, etc (this is for another role I have so not necessary for this particular Job but if you have these skills or can pick it up, that means I can have more work for you)
We expect between 10-20 hours per week for this part time role. These work hours are flexible so long as you complete projects by specified deadlines.
This is a remote role so you have the freedom to work from home.
This role has the possibility of turning into full time.
