eLearning Business Manager

FHMoms Inc is looking for an eLearning Business Manager. This role is unique since it combines the 3 traditional roles of Instructional Designer, Training and Business Manager, with an emphasis on Educational Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the biggest LOB of FHMoms, one of the biggest and fastest-growing social enterprise and online community of Filipino mothers.

Responsibilities
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Constantly monitor the organization’s eLearning business and revenue models to maintain profitability
Work with HR and Recruitment Business Manager to develop strategies to enhance the employability of alumni and students of FHMoms’ course offerings

Requirements:
Proven working experience in instructional design and business management
Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Basic working knowledge of educational technology
Working knowledge of course development software and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
