Hello,

PLEASE READ THE DETAILS , they matter a lot to me --

I need someone who can help me with various tasks regarding organic Social Media management for my company.
I have accounts and profiles on all the common Social Media, including
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Twitter

I am trying to grow my audiences, fans and friends on all these Social Media platform. Making these new connections (Friends and Fans on Facebook, Connections on LinkedIn, and Followers on Twitter) will be the most important task you do at the beginning.

I may need you to handle incoming messages or questions as well. We'll see. This is not an essential part of the job.

I am also trying to build and post some content on the platforms. But the connection building is more important and urgent for me than the content production. I can hire someone else for the content production, if need be.

There may be little tasks which are related, such as categorizing friends into certain "lists" or entering their names into ---------- many ways this is a very easy job. I just need someone who is a little bit careful.

Your main requirement will be the ability to follow instructions and speak/type good English.
You will need to be able to do a little thinking and searching on your own. For example, I will have you find certain kinds of people on Facebook and "Friend" then, and then I will have you try to find that same person on LinkedIn.

I can train you and provide access, instructions and a little bit of training but because I am very busy I need you to be able to think well, ask questions, and make good decisions about how to keep the project moving towards the goals I want, even if I am too busy to make little decisions.

#1 - If at all possible, I need someone who is really experienced with each platform specifically.

#2 - You must have a good internet connection because you'll be using remote desktop software

#3 - It will be best if you have prior work experience with writing social media content, but this is not strictly necessary

#4 - If you went to school in the U.S. or Canada, or have good familiarity with Western Culture, that will help a lot

#5 - if you have really good English skills, that will help a lot.

Please, to not apply if you have not worked with Social Media management jobs in the past. I need someone who has already done this wort of work.

You will be able to work your own hours.

I have a limited budget but also the workload is very light. You do not have to work half-time or even quarter time. Maybe you will only work an hour or two per day.

Exactly how much work I can give you depneds on your part experience, current skills and how well you do the work and follow instructions. The better you can work without me being invovled, the better the situation will be for me. The more careful you are with the quality if your work, the better the situation will be for me.

I have a team, including more VAs from the Philippines, also from India, Europe and the US, and the rest of the team will be able to answer some questions and direct your work a little bit.
