Programmer Web Developer

We would like to build a learning delivery system. The site would hold lessons that are to be delivered in sequence based on the subscribers subscription package (12 month course, 6 month course, 3 month course). The system needs to track that they have taken the lessons. Track surveys and have a portal for uploading work. New users will be joining all the time and they need to be on their own schedule based on the month they joined.

It would be great if it was optimized for mobile devices and even delivered via an app. Although this is a secondary priority.

We want it to be user friendly and clean.
