Employment Recruiter - Business Recruiter

American employer seeks a dedicated, energetic, outgoing individual to head up our international marketing business, Philippine expansion. Our staffer will serve several functions including the courting of, recruiting and training new business partners as well as support of existing business partners.
This position offers nearly unlimited income compensation in the form of commission. Staffer will earn commissions and bonuses based on productivity and effective training. Details of this generous compensation plan will be discussed post interview. If you are the right person for this position your monthly commission income should exceed $800.00 USD.

Brief job description: After training as a recruiter, you will seek qualified persons (guests) to attend business briefings in our Makati office. At the conclusion of business briefing, staffer will answer guests’ questions regarding our business and ultimately, refer guests to speak with company owners in the United States regarding a partnership.

Requirements:
1. Age: 25 to 40
2. Marital status: Single
3. Residency: Manila, Makati or Quezon City
4. Willingness to travel throughout the Philippines
5. Fluent in English
6. Education : College graduate
7. Must own computer with printer
8. Must have high speed internet
9. Must be very comfortable talking to all types of people and you MUST be an excellent communicator
