Looking for a highly skilled Web developer

I am a representative for on of the fastest growing design firms here in Los Angeles U.S.A. We are looking to find a highly skilled web developer that is proficient in the following:

HTML
CSS
Javascript
PHP
Boostrap
Ajax
Responsive design
Mobile web development
Wordpress
Joomla
Magento
Shopify
Other E-commerce platforms

We are ultimately trying to employ a developer for full time position but we will go through many interviews before finding the right candidate.

We will start off applicants with a small project initially and if the developer completes the tasks to our satisfaction, we will be expecting the him/her to complete around 3-4 projects a month.

If worker is exceeds company expectations, increasing salary is considerable.
