We sell Men's Virility and health supplements and vitamins over the phone inbound and OUTBOUND, telemarketing and mail order. We are looking for someone with extensive experience with no card present transactions
Must be familiar with Visa and Mastercard rules

** We pay you for cases won**

*We are looking for someone come up with ways to prevent retrievals and chargebacks
* You must keep track of all chargeback case if we when or lose
*You will be contacting the bank to hear chargeback outcomes
*You will have ability to listen to listen to sales
*Some cases you will need to contact the customer
*We are trying to cut back on customer friendly fraud meaning the customer gets the merchandise and chargeback.
* You will use our ringcentral account to send faxes number


* Over all we need a bulletproof plan.
*We need things in place to minimize the loss of revenue and cut back on customers claiming fraud.

-No Card Holder Authorization


*Must be organized
