We are looking for a rep experienced in winning back customers. The customer has been sold already, You just would be saving an existing sale.

Your job would be to call customers who's credit card declined. You will be letting them know we will reprocess the sale or getting an alternative form of payment . The ideal person should HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REVENUE RECOVERY SALES and have the ability to save the sale.
