Telemarketer/Appointment setter

Hello, my name is Luke Atwood, I will be looking to hire 3 Filipino telemarketers but before i get into the it there are five things that are extremely important to have for the job;
1. A computer
2. Good Internet... at least 3 Mbps
3. A "USB" headset that works well
4. A quiet working environment
5. Very good English speaking skills
That's it!! If you have all of these, then i will be able to help you with the rest of the information and the software you need. The job you will be performing will be to cold calling seniors in the United States trying to figure out what health insurance they have then reporting the information to me. Then I would call the lead and try and switch their health insurance to save them money. That's it! I have an auto dialer so everyday you would wake up login into it and just press go and it will start calling people. I will have a script for you to use and training for you to go over so you will understand what to say. The job will start at $3 usd an hour with a $10 dollar bonus per lead you give me that turns into a sale. The hours will work like so, since you are 12 hours ahead of us it will be a night shift job, working Tuesday through Saturday 3:30 to 7:30 A.M your time. I am known to be a very nice boss and i pay every two weeks on Tuesday.
