Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team! As a Construction Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing, planning, managing and tracking the progress of our construction projects.
Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities Include
• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
• Determine trades, define scope of work, ability to estimate work effort and some deliverables
• Select and manage subcontractor
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
• Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule to meet deadline accordingly
• Prepare progress reports regarding job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Construction Project Manager Job Requirements
• Preferrably but not necessary. BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field
• Comfortable reading and understanding construction plan and drawings
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, critical thinker and problem solver
• Understanding of construction management processes. Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and condition
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Must have their own computer with at least i5 processor or AMD equivalent, at least 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 or Mac equivalent and must have a working camera for interview and meeting purposes
• A reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
