Front-end Web Developer for Changing Colours of Illustrations

I currently own a design business which creates illustrations for small business owners. We currently have 130+ FREE SVG illustrations that we provide to website visitors - ----------

I'd like your help on implementing the following:

1) Ability for a visitor to change the colour of the illustrations on the site and then download that illustration. An example of this is - ---------- where the user is able to change the colour of the illustrations.

Background:

- I'm currently using webflow for the site (website builder) that is able to take custom CSS/HTML/JS/Jquery for more custom interactions.
- Illustrations will be provided as an SVG file

I'm looking for a talented javascript developer to help me implement this.

N.B. Because we're a startup we're trying to keep costs low and predictable. Thus we'll be working on a fixed price rather than hourly.
