Web Designer

We’re looking for a talented and personable graphic web designer with at least 7 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The candidate we’re looking for must have a full web design portfolio and be able to translate marketing into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually ---------- ndidates must include a resume AND a link to your online portfolio to be considered for this position.

Job Duties:

- Develop and create a professional-looking website design
Develop creative assets for existing brands, including website graphics, logos, banner ads, email newsletter graphics, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, and some print when necessary, such as brochures, packaging/labels, etc.
- Constantly research new graphic design trends and communicate new ideas to the team
- Evaluate color, font and other design elements on websites for revisions and A/B testing experiments
- Produce promotional print material such as cards or labels when necessary
- Work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Work independently as well as in a group when necessary
- Contribute to the design evolution of an existing brand
- Contribute graphic design tactics to team brainstorming sessions
- Research and remain up-to-date on current industry practices

Candidates must obtain the following qualities:

- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and XD
- A keen eye for design with a perfectionist focus on detail
- Strong design portfolio
- Experience in social media graphic post
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities
- Ability to collaborate, and is cognizant of others’ priorities to help achieve the goals of the group
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with team members
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
