Real Estate Marketing and Promotion

We are seeking a long-term marketing and promotional specialist to assist and guide the agency through marketing across a wide range of social media platforms including:

- Scheduling events, including home opens on our CRM and social media
- Creating posts to display rentals, sales, and promotional marketing material for both online and print
- Entering information into our CRM database, sourcing information, and creating marketing material and follow up for properties / clients (current and prospective)
- Update business information on websites as necessary and online platforms
- Creating promotional videos of new properties listed and catchy content where required
- Create flyers, brochures using our databases, templates and open to your ideas and platforms
- Create and send monthly newsletter
- Maintaining and passing on messages from social media to formulate responses and add to database where required
- Invite to like pages from post interaction
- Schedule weekly posts
- Enter and follow up on properties new to the market, ownership details, and create follow up
We have our own databases as well as embrace introduction of new ideas and creative spaces of our new team member. Training and templates provided where necessary.
