Recruitment/HR (Permanent Work from home role)

We are looking for a talented recruitment and HR professional to work with building and managing our team in the Philippines.

Task Descriptions
Talent Sourcing/Acquisition
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Create & post job advertisements
• Manage Job advertisements (contact candidates)
• Coordinate with sales director on permanent roles to determine position requirements
• Source candidates for permanent roles based on brief from sales
• Develop talent pipelines for future permanent roles
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and recruitment channels
• Screen and initial interviews of candidates

Staff Management
• Monitor staff attendance
• Coordinating shift changes and make up time
• Holiday schedule management and approvals
• Work day interruption management and communication to clients
• Ensure all candidates are aware of programs such as refer a friend

Other
• Reporting as required
• Implement marketing activities as required
• Tasks as requested by manager
