Digital marketing/ SEM/ SEO expert

I am looking for someone comfortable working with with websites, e-commerce to help with making updates to the site, work on optimising the site in google/yahoo ranking, and comfortable with web design / graphics:

CSS, HTML,
SEO/ SEM (MUST BE AN SEO EXPERT, do not apply if you are not)
Google Analytics
Uploading products on to the site
Preparing newsletter
Fixing small bugs
Edit photographs with GIMP or Photoshop

Preferably a person who has worked as a digital marketer, has good written and spoken english (the ability to read and write Japanese would be an extra bonus!).

I am looking for someone to work 20 hours per month and this will increase. I would like to arrange Skype interviews immediately.
