Wordpress Expert Needed

We are needing someone to help us build/customize a WordPress website. For anyone with experience in WordPress, should be very easy as it's from a theme.

We are also wanting someone who is creative. Someone who we don't have to tell to change everything. For example, if we are working on a real estate website, and the theme has a photo of 2 people eating ice cream, we would expect the person who we hire would put an image of a house/real estate.

Someone with experience is needed too and someone with a good eye :)
