Virtual Assistant Needed! Part Time – Website Editing, Video Editing, Social Media, Reporting

Are you ready to join the team of an online volleyball membership site! I’m looking for someone who is passionate about learning and will work hard, fast and effective to get tasks done and help grow our membership.

Responsibilities include:

- Video editing (adding subtitles, music, splitting clips, transitions, basic effects, etc)
- Editing, managing, updating and posting on our Squarespace website
- Posting blog posts on our podcast website
- Creating graphics & animation for social media
- Sending and responding to emails as well as writing e-mail copy
- Help with administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have experience with website editing specifically in Squarespace. Knowing the Thinkific platform is a bonus. They will also have strong graphic design and video editing experience in addition to administrative skills. Also, written English must be extremely strong since you’ll be responsible for writing blog posts on the website.

The job will initially be 4 hours a week. Some weeks may be more. As our business grows, the job could evolve to 10-20 hours a week eventually leading to full time.
