All Access Coaching is a sports publisher, primarily focused on American Football. The Company publishes successful high school and collegiate coaches in both video and book formats.

All Access Coaching is currently looking for a full-time Digital Ads Marketer. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial & ambitious, wanting to work full-time from home.

JOIN OUR TEAM
All Access Coaching currently has a team of 7 Philippine workers to support the entire marketing effort, so being a team player is important. This position could rapidly grow into a supervisory position with part-time Philippine workers under your management.

• Use of Monday project management tool.
• Identify KPI and work closely with the full-time Executive assistant to set monthly sales goals
• Work closely with Social Media Manager to sync overall marketing campaigns.
• Work with 2 full-time video editors and 1 full-time graphic artist to design content
• Develop a strategy to improve the engagement on content
• Producing marketing reports based upon digital metrics to determine campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for future efforts
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, ---------- SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

FUNNELS
• Knowledge of building complete sales funnels, which include an opt-in page with lead magnet, follow up sales pages, and email autoresponders.
• We do not use Click Funnels. Knowledge of LeadPages is helpful, however, we build our funnels inside our CRM program called WishPond.

SOCIAL MEDIA AD CAMPAIGN OPTIMIZATION
• Design, Build, post, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter
• Create lookalikes audiences from email lists and set up re-targeting audiences
• Implement split testing for email marketing and social campaigns to improve conversion rates
• Facebook conversion tracking pixel installation
• Create compelling ads copy, images, and videos that get the attention of your customers.
• Manage budgets based on ROI of the platforms
ORGANIC GROWTH
• Strategic use of organic posting inside groups to build membership, generate leads, and increase sales
• This will include use of Facebook Live, YouTube video links, free pdf downloads.
• Run promotions and giveaways
• ---------- our visitors with Facebook ads to increase conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS
• Mastery of English language
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office and Google Productivity Suites. (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) Excel/Sheets
• Fully equipped home office setup; high speed laptop (preferably with 8GB RAM or higher),
• Fast internet of 10 Mbps, backup internet (Wi-Fi LTE) and power back-up.
• Ability to work evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays when necessary
• Hours are flexible, however, small blocks of East Coast working time will be required.
• Weekly SKYPE meetings on East Coast time are mandatory.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight ---------- PENSATION

We have no problem paying a true ROCK STAR 50,000 pesos after 1 month of proving themselves and 100,000 pesos within a ---------- CENTIVES for those desiring FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
• Thirteenth month is paid for this position, prorated according to number of months worked.
• All Philippine holidays are paid, however, full weeks of leave can only be taken during May - October.
• Vacation and sick leave will also be awarded to employees after 6-months of service.
• Health benefits will be included for full-time employees
• 100 Mbps internet will be paid for full-time employees
