Facebook ad creative designer

We're looking for a designer who can create a large set of creatives for our agency long term. The job will take about 40hours/week. We will be providing some brand specifications, but parts will be left up to you to design. We are not looking for highly complex ads, but ones that are to the point and easy to ---------- tails will be provided once we have accepted you.

We're looking for someone who can:
- Design ads for Facebook (and other ad networks)
- Turn ad designs around within 24 hours
- Iterate on designs we've created and look for ways to build on top of them.
- Work in Adobe Photoshop
- Create GIFs and make simple Video edits with their phone

Bonus:
- Copy writing (main ad copy + headlines) experience

We are an informal and international ad agency with realtively young and relaxed staff. We are placed all over the world, from Los Angeles over Berlin to Sidney, but are still like a family.
