JOB OVERVIEW

This person will serve as a dual role answering inbound phone calls and also doing various administrative tasks. This person must be fluent in the English language with very little accent. You will be the first contact with potential sellers and must be compassionate and empathetic. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE.

We are replacing an amazing Customer Service person right now who is moving into another position with the company. She will be available to train you. This position will start out as about 20 hours per week but will be a full time role within 6 months.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls from leads and schedule phone appointments
Schedule utilities and contractors
Call various vendors for pricing
Analyze properties via the MLS

Our dream person is first and foremost teachable. They are a fast starter and quick learner who consistently strives to improve themselves. You must be fluent in English and enjoy talking to people on the phone.

Who we are:
We are a real estate investment company based out of Cincinnati, OH with branches in Dayton and Kansas City right now. We buy from homeowners that don't want to sell the traditional route and typically buy below market value. We then renovate these properties and sell them to new homeowners to enjoy for years to come.
