T-Shirt Designer

Dear Friend!

We are a start-Up from Germany and are looking for designers, which can help us design t-shirts etc. My partner and i are developers and are good at identifying trends. But when we find something new, we need someone who can create something creative out of a short summary. We want to print shirts, cups, bags etc.
Keep in mind that we are looking for a long term relationship and we have to find the people wich suits us best.

What we are looking for:
- Designer who can create his own designs out of a short topic summary
- You start with a sketch, which means you can draw
- Good knowledge in Photoshop or similar
- English communication Skills
- Knowledge in trademark (don´t draw original Micky Mouse)
