Opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm for leading Australian Companies that offer career stability.


As a financial bookkeeper, your main role is to keep an official track of company spending so when it comes to filing accounts there is an accurate trail of all the outgoings.


We have serveral positions available.

Job Description:
Handles the Company’s overall Financial aspect
Balancing accounts (also known as 'double book keeping')
Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
Completing VAT returns and other Government reports
The bookkeeper position creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from the Clients
Posting information to accounting journals or accounting software.
Invoicing and billing customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices.
Reconciles accounts and ensure the accuracy of other Bank transactions.
Monthly reporting of Financial statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
General ledger
Prepare Accounts payables
Accounts receivable monitoring
GST (Australian Tax) Reporting on a quarterly basis.
Following up late payments
Provide frequent reporting
Use your initiative to develop new systems
Make suggestions for compliance and greater efficiency
Key skills and qualifications:
College graduate; Preferably Accounting graduate or equivalent
Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
3+ years experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
Has expertise in QuickBooks, MYOB, Peachtree, Xero and/or any Accounting Software
Strong reporting and financial analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Exhibit excellent customer support skills and online sites and tool knowledge
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to prioritize to complete assigned tasks timely
Excellent PC skills (spreadsheets and databases)
You will possess exceptional english language skills both spoken and written.
You must have a customer first attitude and be committed to being a showcase employee for our services.
