Mind Body and Home is looking for an awesome Virtual Assistant to help take the business to the next level, and beyond! We are looking for someone who not only wants to help to grow the business, but also wants to improve their own career prospects. For the right person, this role will expand in responsibilities and pay will improve accordingly. You will also be supported with training to help you achieve your goals in line with the business.

About Us
We are currently selling a range of home improvement, personal grooming and PPE products on eBay. We are looking to expand this range of products, then scale the business onto Amazon and Shopify. Our remit of products is currently very broad. However, the long term plan is to have several specialised brands, all dependent of one another.

The Role
The first thing the successful applicant will be asked to do, is source a range of PPE equipment from Alibaba.
The next stage will be to maximise our range of products from the suppliers we currently use. This will be done via wholesalers who we currently use and UK based drop-shipping platforms.
Then, we will need to export these listings onto Amazon – where the role of the VA is essential. At this stage, the role becomes a lot more strategic as you will need to identify niches in the market that we can service with our own private label products.
You will be given access to a range of analytics software and supplier databases to support you. We will also give you access to online training where we feel it can help you in your role.
You will be expected to work at least fourty hours per week.
Payment for the first week will be every other day, moving to weekly then monthly.

Requirements
• Experience listing products on both eBay and Amazon
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Photo editing skills
• Microsoft excel basic skills

Preferred
• Experience of SEO
• Experience using product analytics software
• Experience of PPC on Amazon, and a solid understanding of keywords
• Email campaign management experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Customer service experience
• Degree educated

Recruitment Process
Stage 1: You will first need to supply a application letter for why you would be a good fit for this role, together with any relevant documentation.
