I'm looking for a talented programmer to become our CTO (Chief Technology Officer)! Hiring to start work beginning of August.

Here are sample tasks you would be responsible for:

- maintain my Wordpress site, install updates, test the site to ensure the updates are compatible with the rest of the site (to make sure nothing breaks)
- remove plugins that aren't being used
- keep the site secure, ensure our backup systems are working correctly
- custom coding to integrate software
- fix site bugs and errors
- optimize site speed
- PSD to HTML
- advise the business on the best software stack

Specific proficiency in Wordpress, MemberPress plugin, Discourse forum software, LMS solutions (for Wordpress) is ideal.

I expect responsive replies and updates, honest communication and quick turnaround time with tasks, especially for urgent matters that affect client facing interfaces and pixel perfect attention to detail.
