Looking for VA that lives in Europe or South America! (i.e closer to North American Time) NO EXP REQUIRED

We are a growing graphic design company located in Canada and we are looking to hire a full-time virtual assistant to help us with various miscellaneous tasks as well as some graphic design work - but graphic design experience is not mandatory!

We are however looking for someone to work during our hours (EST time) ideally from 10am - 6pm as we are in Canada so we are looking for someone who lives somewhere that has a time zone that is closer to ours! (i.e Europe, South America etc). We are looking for this as it is very important to us that our team members are able to enjoy their life and work regular hours and not have to work the graveyard shift! If you do live in another country other than the Phillippines, please indicate where you live in your application!

If you are not able to work during EST time then we are looking for someone to at least work split hours during the day, from 10am - 2pm (Phillippines time) and from 10pm - 2am (Phillippines time).

We are also looking for someone with heart and commitment, someone who is eager to learn and who is really good with details! who has enthusiasm and is positive and is open to a constantly changing environment! Skill and talent can be trained - but a big heart can’t be! :)

We are a small company and especially due to the current pandemic, we cannot offer the highest salary to start, but we do believe in offering a stable and secure job as well as growing our team from within and promoting internally.
