Prospecting and Outreach VA

We are a ---------- Facebook Ads Agency seeking a Prospecting and Outreach VA for lead generation tasks with an interest in growing into a team leader position. Some Executive Assistant Tasks may be included. Extensive training will be provided so experience is not necessary, but preferred.

DAILY TASKS:
1. Mine leads for the sales team.
2. Contact leads over messenger, calls, or contacts them through social media.
3. Appointment setting.
4. Cold calling.
5. Email follow up.
6. Competitor research.
7. Maintain a leads database.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable Computer
Stable Internet Connection
Desire for Long-term Employment
Excellent Written and Oral English Skills
Basic Computer Skills (MS Office and GSuite Softwares)

SALARY, BONUSES, AND BENEFITS:
Starting Salary: $2-3/hour
Training Completion Raise (60-90 days): $1/hour + health insurance
Bi-Annual Raises: $.50/hour
Performance-Based Commission: $.25/lead converted to a new account
Paid Vacation Days: 6 days/year after 90 days (12 days after the first year)
Paid US and Philippine Holidays: 20 Floating Days to be used on the holidays of your choice
Year 2 Allowance: Internet and/or electricity
