We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to handle the accounts of our current clients, and if the fit is right, we’ll provide you with more accounts as we continue to sell and grow.
Job Summary
This position will focus on customer acquisition. Involves calling web leads and web referrals. Provide prospective leads with all services offered. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close appointments and increase revenue.
Primary responsibilities
1. Call, Text and follow up on prospective leads.
2. Record transaction on spreadsheet. (Checking boxes)
3. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Comfortable making calls and calling leads within 10 minutes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close cAbility to work independently or as an active member of a team
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and
CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
